Haven't seen these seat covers pop up on ebay lately and I may be looking for a set in the very near future. I emailed the ebay seller to see if they are still available, but have not received a reply as of yet. Did anyone buy these and decide not to use them? Has anyone bought and installed a set?

I would try these:

but I am looking for all black with red stitching. I emailed that seller to see if they could do black with red stitch. No reply.

I had to do a paypal claim, and I got the money refunded.

I spoke to the guy several times - then he disappeared.someone mentioned that he had health or family problems

I'm not holding it against the guy. He was cool when he did respond, everyone has problems.

That being said, I would rather have the product than the money at this point.

Hi guys, new here and i know im bringing up an old topic... but my seats are in desperate need of new covers. They're 91 Si seats. Does anyone have any updated info on new cloth covers? I still see the leather ones on ebay, but those are a last resort for me, since the weather here gets into the triple digits in the summer...

I can't help you finding fabric seat covers, I looked long and hard for them myself with no luck, before buying the ebay leather covers. I can say that my leather ones have never gotten as hot as I thought they would. While, it doesn't get super hot in NC, we did hit 100 plus quite a few times this summer. Not nearly as hot as the vinyl seats in my Wrangler.

This guy is definitely still around. He's a super nice guy who does amazing quality work. Drawback is that he seems to be pretty much a one man band which means you have to be patient....and I do mean patient with a capital "P".

Worth the wait though. He is difficult to contact sometimes, but he is an honest man.

As of today, the phone number is still good.

I have tried emailing and texting with no luck, maybe the call will get a response.

I'm scared to think what a upholsterer will charge me do do leather covers? (at least he is a friend and does excellent work on a few private planes I have helped him with).
If I do have my friend do some for me, would anyone else be interested in a set? I am planning on doing this within the next month.

I bought a set of his covers about two years ago. The kit, the foam repair/installation instructions he provides, the price, the shipping/packaging, I mean EVERYTHING was incredible. I still can't believe how good my seats came out.

Hope you guys can still get ahold of him. Jose was his name, I believe.

Please post his number here if you still have it (in case I missed it earlier in the thread; my apologies).

I just got a call from Rolando.

He is still doing CRX seats. He has a new phone number, 714-603-4891. He still has the same email address, but phone is the best way to contact him, tell him "Trip" sent you.

When I get my leather seats installed, I'll post some pictures. I'm going for black leather, with black perforated alcantara inserts, with the CRX logo in red, with red stitching.

Let's give this guy some business. He is a die-hard CRX guy, and I'm sure he could use the work.

$400 for all leather(vinyl on seat backs)
$350 for leather with alcantera inserts
Custom embroidery, add $50

He also can do vinyl or cloth. I think he said $200-250. I really wasn't paying to much attention to those options. Foam kits are included with all orders.

He also asked me to e-mail him pictures of the seats if possible so he can get a idea of how bad the foam is damaged, so enough is included.

$140.00 regular $165.00 double stitch will also include the seat foam repair kit.
Noticed this thread is almost four years old, just wondering if you are still making/selling these seat repair kits. Would be interested in redoing the one's in my HF.
Read this page. It has his phone #.

He changed numbers a year or so ago at least. That number is incorrect.
