What's up guys! Just got a new project car last week in the form of a 1991 CRX Si. Its an original Tahiti Green Pearl car and i bought it mainly for the fact that it had a B16a in and it was a running car. I got it for really cheap so the body wasn't in too good of shape. I already have a 91 Si that I've had for about a year and and a half so i might pull the B16a out of this car and put in my other car. My plans are to completely restore this car back to it's OEM specs and to either keep the B16a and make it look 100% SiR or put the D16a6 i have in it and make it completely oem. id like to hear some feedback. i want to do a complete respray of the original color but some bodywork needs done but once i finish that up I'm going to have my brother repaint it.I'm going to replace anything missing with either parts from my 2 parts cars or to search around for parts. I'm happy with the car and i think it has tons of potential. Here are some pictures that was sent to me from the guy i bought it from! I have yet to take any good pictures of the car or even wash it because it hasn't been over 40 degrees since i bought the car.

and the main reason i bought it :D B16a mated to a YS1 Transmission.

I'm curious if someone could tell me if this is the correct valve cover for this motor. I found tons of information on it and the whole gsr/b16a2 mix up but no information i could really understand.
I also would love to get some advice on how to paint this car like what paint, how much I'll need, ways to save a little bit of money.
Thanks for looking guys and i look forward to updating the thread as well as reading some comments about it!

What's up guys! ended up finally getting my glasstop and all of my other goodies in the mail Plan to install it and a few other goodies soon! I also picked up an em1 last weekend! I bought it for the SSR Type C's 16x7.5 wheels that were on it! going to have them redone in gunmetal and throw them on the rex for Honda Day in April. Hoping to have everything done by then! Also casually bought a local J's front bumper and s2000 cluster because i couldn't pass up the price.going to have the bumper redone when i redo the bay! Pictures to follow soon!

Not sure what I'm doing with the EM1 yet.

hey fellas! long time no see. Unfortunately it seems as if the community has lost to social media nowadays but i still get on periodically to see some new posts.anyways, my engine bay is finally finished and i can drive my car again!!! words cant describe how much i missed it. yesterday was her first photoshoot since december of 2016. my new setup is enkei rpf1's 15x7 on bridgestone potenzas 2055015. my new suspension is koni yellows with ground control springs and top hats. i installed a honda access leather wrapped steering wheel and an even fresher set of floor mats. my engine bay has been repainted after a full shave and tuck. i also threw on a mugen 4-1 header and HKS exhaust. i plan to install my glasstop,js racing front bumper, and am sourcing a set of jdm doors over winter and possibly quarter panels and rocker panels and will get the car(exterior and door jambs) completely resprayed. i will download some more pictures later! Much Love Guys. -Austin

Info is in the Meets section. Though according to Google maps, it's about 4 1/4 hours. Ouch - since I graduated from Penn State and moved out of state, I forget how wide the state really is.
I'll for sure look into it! Yeah unfortunately the state is like 6 hours wide hahahaha I found out the hard way going to new jersey haha but it's still a possibility!! Lol
