Need some help checking codes on my 88 crx si d16z6 obd1 ry wire jumper harness and obd1 adapter for dizy. The check engine light flashes but can't tell which 1 is the slow blink and which 1 is the fast blink. To me it looks the same also if I were to read i think it blinks code 46 which I dont think is a code. It blinks 4 times and then 6 times then a pause blink then just repeats itself and the blinks look the same trying to post a video just don't no how to on here.

Thank u for your help got all the codes fixed except 1 code 6 engine coolant temperature. I replaced it and reset the ecu and code is still coming up any idea why or what else it could b also I took the car out 4 a ride around the block n everything is runing right like temp, oil. Just couldn't go above 4 grand in 1 st or 2nd gear thats all the gears I was able to go thru. But it would cut out at 4 grand not leting me hit vtec. Car runs really smooth until i try to rev or speed up above 4 grand any idea wh. I think the ecu might b tuned that way its a p28 not sure if its stock or tuned..

Hi jfrolang I worked on my rex 2day and changed the code 6 engine coolant temp twice thinking the 1st I got was a defective 1. But after I put the 2nd new sensor in the code still came up and I did reset the ecu also I checked voltage and 0.40 was coming out of the sensor wire. Is that good n do u think it's my luck of getting 2 defective sensors???

Check continuity from pins A12 to the positive +plug end at the sensor and if your multimeter has a beeper it should beep. The ground wire goes to the G101 thermostat ground. Since you have OBD1 I am assuming you have a conversion harness so check it from that as well and trace the lead to the OBD0 plug too.
