Hey everyone, new to the honda community. I just purchased a 1991 CRX that has been setup for STS SCCA.
Here are the specs.
Engine totally rebuilt and trans has been fully refurbished as well. No expense spared in build!
Has unorthodox crank pully, tuned ECU, full ceramic coated DC header, AEM short ram intake, short throw shifter, etc.
Suspension:
Koni SPSS3 race valved shocks with Ground Control coilovers 430F/500R.
Full Energy Suspension bushings throughout with exception of brand new Honda trailing arm bushings.
Rear adjustable upper control arms.
ASR rear sway bar.
New wheel bearings all around.
Wheels and Tires:
Car is equipped with Enkei RPF1 wheels, update, R1R Toyos with decent tread.
The one problem I am having is fitting in the car comfortably. It has a corbeau Sport Fixed Back Forza Racing Seat in the driver side. This pretty much puts you straight up and down in the honda. I can fit just fine with my head, but my back kills since it has no lumbar support.
I'm 6'2" and my co driver is 5'10" so we need to be able to swap out easily. Right now if i remove the cushion in the corbeau i fit just fine, but i'd like to be able to adjust the seat more than just forward and backwards.
What is everyone else running these days? It's a great seat, just not very comfortable i this particular car.
