A car this age will vary wildly in value based on location, buyer, condition, etc etc. Baker is probably the type to undervalue the car because of the transmission, and I'd be in the same boat. There are of course people that would pay a premium for the same.

A 26 year old car that truly meets the description of "mint" is rare, but if it's as nice as you say then you probably got a deal.

Anyway, your deal is done right? Post pics.

I sold a 9/10 exterior, si interior converted 1990 dx with MPFI conversion for 2750 on craigslist a few years back.

Some people are looking for very nice looking automatics.

This bewilders me. I've been living with an automatic rex for a while; I hate the transmission. It always wants to jump into a higher gear before 3k rpms whilst I'm trying to accelerate. The pedal has to be somewhere at or past 50% pressed for the tranny to kick it into a lower gear or stay in a gear up to 4k rpms. Sometimes, you can be at just the right speed (45mph) where the tranny keeps switching between 4th and 5th gear.
I got a new shell, just need to stop driving the DX so I can work on it.

I've got a filter for my mouth, it just isn't a good one.

You can tighten or loosen the tranny cable to make it much more aggressive or laid back.
