Picked up the machined and balanced fly wheel and pressure plate assembly from the machine shop.

Filled the OE front, rear and passenger engine mounts.

Painted all the stuff that is out of the car as a result of Bones tranny service.

I am about two weeks from first practice.

With the EP3 down for the next couple of days, I got tired of spending for rental cars, so decided to put in the new battery and take the CRX for a week of easy duty (commute to work is a quick 6 miles since our offices moved in a more friendly way towards me).
New, bigger battery (1200) and the cage from West Coast Batteries:

A bit heftier than the PC680, and hopefully will hold a charge better too. I still have a drain somewhere, so am undoing the terminals after every drive, which is a lot of fun. :rolleyes1: But at least it works and is saving me $30 clams a day in rentals.

Pretty new neochrome lug nuts:

And proof that the car actually left the parking garage:

You forget how fun these cars are to drive when you haven't done it in a while.

Pull the fuse for the clock, see if the drain disappears. That will eliminate the ECU (if it has an internal short somewhere).

Installed my extra rywire harness to the lsv to clean it up some. Put on a new main relay and dropped the fuel tank to fix some broken wires to the fuel pump. To much work.

Finally got a battery for the poor thing, It started right up though after sitting for.....good lord...a little over 2years in the garage. (and I was talking N21 at the time...)

Last I fooled with it, the drivers seat rails were rusted solid due to a sunroof leak, and or clogged drain tubes.
The water also pretty much took out the bolts holding down the seat rails in the back. Luckily that was the extent of it.
Ground down the rust, painted it, and a couple of 1/4in thick strips of aluminum later I had new bolt holes.
Threw the seat rails in oil, let'em soak and a good few knocks with a persuasive hammer and they were loose.
Washed them in degreaser, dried and ground down all the bad spots, paint, and fresh lithium grease and they are sliding with the touch of my finger.

Finally looks like a CRX interior inside now....

Ive got a spare Si passenger seat, Im going to swap the covers off of it to the drivers seat, and then swap the drivers to the passenger.

Next:
Oil Change
Brakes (it has none..reservoir is bone dry...)
Valve cover gaskets
More TLC....and beyond. Just trying to get it back up to par.
