What wrap did you go with? I mean, brand wise. It passes the 5 foot bench test. That's pretty fancy for a track car :bounce:

Welp it earned its first tack badge this weekend...
Image
Ran into some tire problems when I though some 225 50 r16 rivals would clear...so had to run my stocks on the rear (185 65 r 14 500 tread wear tires) needless to say lots of drifting.
Image
Still a fun day...ran down my buddy in the mustang and only had 2 point by 3 cars in my group (c7 stingray, Porsche GTS, and an s2000)

Did a few updates 2 the Race Rex...Got my JDM MAAADDD SwAg Pikachu and since my hood release was broke I made it a little easier to pop my hood...Gotta do some brake ducts, gas tank swap, oil pan, thinking bout cutting my bumper supports to save some weight, and maybe some b20 cams if I can find a cheap set before my next track day in January...o yea and put some heat back in it and a radio...it sucks on long drive with no heat or tunes :dizzy:

dropped my fuel tanks again to see what was going on...I was getting fuel starvation at half a tanks...ended up that my strainer had got broken off....
Image
Also replace my rear support with one I had cut up to drop weight and get rid of rust...found out I had to break out a chunk of bondo to get to a wood screw :yell:
Image
battery relocated for some weight transfer....
Image
Image
Image
trying to increase some air flow to my engine bay and brakes...deleted my signals to do so

Car is coming along nice man! What SRI is that? I'll also be relocating my battery down to the frame rail in the next week or so, were you able to use the factory connections without lengthening anything?

SRI? Not sure what that is lol. Used the factory power wire and ran another ground wire because mine was frayed and ugly (factory one). Not gonna run any ducts there no real room unless I wanna rub em...plus its weight and don't really wanna add any. I think they will stay cool enough now since they've got some air flow. Might be making or getting some vented fenders to le the air flow through though to release drag and circulate the stagnant air.

Little de-update / weight adding about to go down...gonna seal some fire wall holes for ac and heat and do a wire tuck...getting ready to h2b the car and paint the bay as well...I wanna do away with that ugly fuel filter as well but idk if Im gonna spend the extra $100 just to do it right now...maybe I can find some more weight to get out of there while its under the knife for the billionith time...

Little bit of an update got the h22 balance shaft delete done and the motor back together, h2b in, and frame rail clearanced...waiting a a few parts before I get the alternator on, clearance for that, and pull it out and get everything welded for paint...hope to get the wiring done this weekend ive already got the headlights, signals, fan, and fuse box wires ran. Just gotta do the main wiring harness that way I know what im welding up and what im leaving...
