Ok since a few of you have been sending me PM's asking about more detail on my car I thought I'd start a new thread and try and update it when I can. New dad, so don't have much time these days lol!

Anyway so I've had this siR for over 12 years now, was bone stock when I had it imported from Japan with like 30-40K miles! My second car and my second CRX, the first was a late model d16 mk1 CRX also in black, would still have it now if it wasn't for the hit and run driver who totalled it :( !!

This cars sick, i remember seeing pics way back i got my crx, love it. Love those clear side markers too. Not sure if u answered this but do those just snap into place of the stock ones?

The RX8 engine is really refined and quiet, sometimes you forget the engine is running lol.

Thanks, yeah the side reapeters are OEM fitment and just snap in place.

Replaced the orange glow inter bulb for an LED PCB....



No flash, with the garage door closed so pitch black with only the interior light on....



In daylight....



Just about see the thick aluminium radiator, refurbished rocker cover and plug cover....



It's a bit of a mess at the moment, but the battery will be going in the boot very shortly and I'll get round to a bit of a tidy up.

Also waiting for a set of F7 LCA...

On the mugen bumper you have a lens that goes on top of oem indicators, it the lens that's smoked. It's a bit too smoked for me so gonna take them off and put a lighter smoke on them so that a bit of the orange from the indicator shows through.
