Replaced Headgasket, timing belt, tensioner and water pump and put a fresh resurfaced properly running head on and ran for a couple seconds and slowly died out and won't start back up. Anyone experienced this ? Dizzy maybe 8months old also..

Warm up the engine. Disconnect the EACV wire (it plugs in on the right of it) and twist in the adjuster screw on the throttle body. Keep adjusting it until it idles nice at ~750rpm, then plug the EACV back in.

are you sure you have the valve timing correct? The timing marks are used differently depending on the engine. D15s use the two horizontal marks aligned with the head surface. D16s use the lower mark aligned with an indicator on the cylinder head back cover.

If you adjust your idle screw by disconnecting your IACV, make sure once you reach ~750rpm to: shut off the engine, unplug the 10A fuse marked "hazards" in the engine bay, THEN reconnect the IACV, install the fuse, and start the engine again to confirm the proper rpm.
A good starting point for the idle screw is to screw it in till it seats, then back it off 2 turns. That should allow you to get it running without any throttle.
I had an issue where my injector wire for #2 and #4 were swapped at the ecu, check your wires, along with the timing.
