You shouldn't need it, just the MC. Get one from an 88-91 Civic EX (15/16ths bore). It bolts up without having to change the line routing, and you don't need to change the booster. viewtopic.php?f=4&t=3706
Prop valve will change the amount of fluid going to the front:rear, and that is dependent on the cylinder bore and travel in the caliper. You likely don't need to change that, and if it's a race car, get an adjustable one so you can change it per event/track.
