Once i get home ill take a pic of my intercooler piping on the hot side. I got a 3 inch hole saw bit at home depot and punched a hole. i used a u-bend pipe and a elbow and that was it. Some people like to route it up and over where the windshield wiper fluid is but a lil harder to do.

Like EP3 is saying, just cut a hole in the bulkhead on each side of the radiator, pretty much where the horns are. There's no need to go over/under/around the frame rails.

This is how I ran mine. My radiator was relocated behind the bulkhead on the passenger side so i was unable to do as the above is pictured.

In this last pic is the intercooler. Mine was shorter than some as it did not reach the other bulkhead so I routed the intercooler straight to the turbo outlet via a coupling that fit per my sizes needed. My setup has changed a bit, but t he intercooler and piping remains the same setup.

Hot side went through a piece of metal where my windshield washer fluid was, got a smaller bottle and relocated it. cold side went right up where a cold air intake would go.

The size of the intercooler has nothing to do with the number of cylinders being fed, but rather with the volume of air that needs to be cooled. I'd say that's a really large intercooler for a small turbo. Also for the front of a CRX. :|
