Yeah but how do you roll up and down your windows...........

Power windows fix that.
For anyone else with manual windows, you're SOL.

99 Civic single CD head unit - $24.67 shipped from ebay
NIB Honda 6 disc CD changer - 48.89 shipped from ebay (for long trips)

I'm undecided on door speakers and there's a bolt-in roll bar that goes through the OEM rear speaker location, so idk if I'll bother with rear speakers.

Subs? Where we're going, we don't NEED subs...

Why? If he gets an ideas one day to make the car stock any competent upholster shop can fix that. I'm coming to mount mine that way and not regret it at all.

Recovering it destroys the factory vinyl and the stock integrity. not to mention cutting out the crx logo and restitching it. I've gone through this exact scenario and regretted it ever since. it's also a bad location for a tweeter. DX or HF panel may not matter as much.

I've calmed down since then & now only run 1 dual half ohm DD 3500 12 in a 3.5 cf ported enclosure powered by an older model USAmp Merlin Series MD2D. Sorry no pics of new system in new car.
