Guys,
Any reason these need to be installed. Any concerns not running with them? Had one come apart on the interstate and wonder if it's worth replacing.

I have seen a stone/pebble get kicked up and dent the fender from the inside with them uninstalled. Thats the only risk I see you taking.
you could install bedliner or similar on the backside of the fenders to add structure/insulation to them.
Finding replacement liners has been tough lately.
