1985 CRX window molding

Greetings,
We just added a 1985 CRX to the family. It's overall in good shape and we love it, but there are cosmetic issues. The black window molding (driver side) between the door panel and window is brittle. It has lifted up exposing the metal below to rust. Link to image below.

We can remove or prime over the rust. Then, we would like to replace the plastic piece.
What is this molding Specifically called? Is there a part number?

FYI I spent an hour hunting around Google, but it appears parts of this kind are hard to come by nowadays - or I just don't know what the part is called.

(Footnote: I'm prepared to get some thin ABS, cut it to shape, and mold it with a heat gun if necessary).

Maybe try letting a good body shop do the searching for this. A repair shop just found a NEW door latch / seatbelt unit for my ‘91 that I couldn’t find... they say, will know for sure in a couple days. They sometimes can find parts you can’t. Worth a try at least.
