I gotta say that I agree with Dave on this one. While the subforum in question is the "anything goes" Lounge, this is still first-and-foremost a site about CRX's.

My concern would be where to draw the line? We sticky a thread about recipes, then sticky a thread about photography techniques, then sticky a thread about tax tips, etc, etc,...before you know it, you'll have to scroll down half the page just to get to the current threads.

That is what I was thinking......there are sites for cooking that dont have stickies about CRXs........no need to get pissy.

What I'd suggest is having a 'Mark's Infamous Recipes Page', where you just update the original post with links to your recipes, similar to what you've provided above. Then you could add the link to your signature so it makes it easy to find for you and your fans.
