Howdy All,
I just picked up an '85 Si the other day but it's in a pretty sorry state.

It runs and drives, but all of the exterior plastic panels are toast, the sunroof is mostly rust, and the headlights, rear wing, and front wipers are missing entirely. Those can be fixed easily enough but the issue I am most concerned about is the damaged rear passenger-side quarter panel. I haven't taken the car to a body shop yet, but as far as I can tell, the panel in question (04731-SB2-660ZZ) is no longer available.
My question is this: is this car worth restoring or would I be better off just parting it out? I don't mind doing the wrenching so the question basically comes down to cost. I figure everything that's missing or broken will cost about as much as just buying a good example. The real wildcard is that body damage.
