What really has me scratching my head is the ridiculous amount of low mileage on these cars, why are people not driving them from the get go?

Likely the original owners were very old. Sometimes cars just sit though. My CRX has just a hair over 50k miles on it.

That amazes me the demographic that would buy these cars back then, drive them minimally or let them sit.
