MOTOR OIL RECOMMENDATION

hello! i’m new to this community!
i had a question and wanted some recommendations. i have a 85CRX SI FUEL INJECTED and i wanted to know which motor oil was best? i currently use the 5W-20 high mileage motor oil from PENZZSOIL. should i do a different one? my engine has over 300k miles and it is still running like a champ. i do oil changes every 3 months or 3k miles. but lately it’s been burning oil now that i check it. it’s my daily car and i love it MPG is amazing! thanks guys !

How much is it burning between oil changes?
