father n son crx build thread

Bought this 1991 CRX with my father ( https://www.instagram.com/p/B9-B8qHH23Z/ ) to make into a drag car, has no rust, 77k mile on the body, full suspension since it was a AWD swapped drag car (planning on eventually reswapping AWD since all the fab work is done), no sun roof, perfect glass, almost full interior, nice tails, good headlights, everything is really mint.

Picked up this under 80k mile k24a2 and 6 speed trans to swap into the CRX a few weeks ago( https://www.instagram.com/p/B_D6YE-H4-3/ ). Its super mint, took apart the motor somewhat and the inside looks great. Very happy with the purchase.

Update today: Turbo kit came in, Bought this at auction from a performance shop that built this for a civic drag car that ended up backing out of the deal. Its such a great pickup especially what I paid for it barely woulda covered the turbo.

Its an SPA 7000M Turbo, 40mm wastegate, the sidewinder manifold is reinforced and everything is tig welded. Its brand new 0 miles cant wait to get this car up and running.
Now I am on the hunt for a good priced LSD and clutch then im going to put everything in the car and start building.
